SERVICE CORE
- Specially addressed to every customer who deals with the Children's Dental Center & Training Institute of the Ministry of Health Malaysia (Dental) Georgetown.
FACILITIES FOR CUSTOMERS
- Every customer can get training from PPKK & ILKKM (Dental) Georgetown regardless of age, gender, descent & socio-economic status. Every client who is defined as in an emergency will be given treatment immediately.
STANDARD OF SERVICE
- Every customer will be treated well, friendly, considerate, respectful, polite, honest and sincere. Every client will be given the best possible dental service in a professional manner. Each customer will be provided with clean and perfect facilities and environment.
SERVICE INFORMATION
- Each client consisting of school children aged 17 years and below will be given dental treatment. Dental treatment will be given to school patients every Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm. The waiting time for each treatment is not more than 60 minutes after registration for appointment cases, excluding cases of school patients brought in using departmental vehicles.
HEALTH EDUCATION
- Each client will be given information on dental treatment and its prevention methods. Each client can obtain information on the treatment and prevention of dental diseases by applying in person through the personnel of their respective treatment room sections.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
- Comply with all rules and guidelines issued by the institution. Maintain the health of himself and the community by adopting a healthy lifestyle and using all the facilities provided carefully and responsibly.
