SERVICE CORE

  • This charter is specifically addressed to every employee and trainee of the Children's Dental Center & Training Institute of the Ministry of Health Malaysia (Dental) Georgetown.

FACILITIES FOR CUSTOMERS

  • Every customer can get the appropriate services from this management division regardless of age, gender, descent & socio-economic status. Every letter that requires immediate action will be handled perfectly within 2 days.

STANDARD OF SERVICE

  • Every customer will be treated well, friendly, considerate, respectful, courteous, honest and sincere. Each customer will be provided with clean and perfect facilities and environment.

SERVICE INFORMATION

  • Every customer letter that requires action will be handled within 7 days. The salary of each new/changed employee will be processed and immediate action taken within 5 days from the date the LPC is received. Each trainee will receive a full scholarship payment within 7 days of each beginning of the month.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

  • Comply with all rules and guidelines issued by the institution. Complete all relevant forms to be managed by the management division. Maintain the health of himself and the community by adopting a healthy lifestyle and using all the facilities provided carefully and responsibly.
